Upper level got a huge area for seating, bar and also a private cabin for bigger gatherings. Also there is a smoking area on the upper level. Its a nice place to hangout with your buddies, chat over some drinks and lip smacking food. Also the ambience, from the sliding grill bars on the walls to the wine cellars on the wall, everything’s appealing in a way.
With so many options in sec 29, Gurugram, there’s one “Batli 29”. Batli 29 is a micro-brewery, but still the cocktails, mocktails and other drinks they got are exquisite, and of course, the food, succulent, very rich in flavours. Speaking of food and drinks, there are a few standout dishes to mention.
- At first, there was “Onion Potato Pakoda Balti”.
- Then there was “Tandoori Malayi Broccoli”.
- There was “Veg Tandoori Platter”.
- “Chilly Paneer Maggi” was there.
- “Veg Pizza Sliders” were unmissable.

For drinks, there we got to have the house brews. Four house brewed beers in tasters were served to taste before ordering. Also we had a “Batli Bomb”. Batli Bomb was light beer with a shot of tequila, vodka and rum in it. All those 3 for shots were in a shot glass and placed inverted in the jar, so when one has consumed the lager of the jar then comes the surprise shot of poison. As for beers, we tasted the house brewed beers and ordered a pitcher of all the four beers.
- Porter Black
- SS Belge
These were the four house brewed beers they got.
To end the meal, there has to be a few desserts. We had,
- Apple Cinnamon Tart
- Gulkand Gulab Jamun
The presentation of the food on the whole was very picturesque. Be it the snacks, be it drinks or be it the desserts.
